Reverb is committed to using Artificial Intelligence (AI) ethically across our services and operations. To ensure responsible AI use, we have established guidelines that prioritize good governance, ethics, data and security protections, and transparency. This policy ensures our AI practices align with our company values, our values as a B Corp, and respect client rights.

AI will significantly reduce administrative burdens, freeing us to focus on more strategic, high-level work. As a services business, this isn't optional; it's essential for dedicating our time where it matters most.

ChatGPT (individual use)	Acceptable use without company or client data included in prompts and use of prompts for training models must be turned off.
Hubspot Breeze CoPilot	Limited to Reverb staff use for sales, marketing, and customer success purposes

📓 The use of artificial intelligence (AI) to support work at our company is encouraged, but it is important to follow these guidelines:

Protect confidential data: Employees should not upload or share any data that is confidential, proprietary, or protected by regulation without prior approval from the company or client they are supporting. This includes data related to customers, employees, vendors or partners. Do not use AI to analyze or store any confidential company data by including it in any of your prompts.
Personalize any content that is generated by the AI to ensure that it aligns with the company's voice, brand, and values.
Evaluation and Reputation of AI tools: Employees must evaluate the security of any AI tool before using it. This includes reviewing the tool’s security features, terms of service, and privacy policy. Employees should use only reputable AI tools and avoid using tools developed by individuals or companies without established reputations. Any AI tool connected to Reverb systems will be established and vetted by the staff operations team prior to team member use.
Report security concerns: Report any suspicious activity or potential security breaches related to the use of AI immediately to your supervisor or the IT department.

Ethical Use and Bias:

Use AI in a manner that promotes fairness, inclusivity, and non-discrimination.
Be mindful that AI models can reflect biases present in their training data. Review content, tone or positioning statements for bias and adjust as needed. If you notice any signs of bias in AI outputs, report them immediately.
Do not use AI for any unethical, discriminatory, or illegal purposes, including generating hate speech, harassing content, or content that violates our Code of Conduct.
