Reverb Code of Ethics
Our Commitment
At Reverb, we believe our success is intrinsically linked to our positive impact on our employees, clients, community, and the planet. Our Code of Ethics is not just a set of rules; it's a living document that guides our decisions and actions, ensuring we operate with integrity, responsibility, and a commitment to social impact. As leaders, we set the standard for excellence, communicating and modeling the behavior we want all employees to follow.
Our Core Values
These values are the foundation of all we do at Reverb:
- EXCEPTIONAL: Team members consistently do great work and are not only capable but passionate about what they do.
- FLEXIBLE: Do what works best for each client; meet them where they are. When, where, and how we work are tailored to meet the client’s needs.
- KIND: Assume best intentions, listen, and be curious when differences arise. Give others the benefit of the doubt.
- PRINCIPLED: We do what’s best for our team, clients, vendors, and community. No exceptions.
- FUN TEAM NO POLITICS: Team members share information, ask for help, and win together. Everyone does their part to create a place where people can be themselves and do their best work.
Operating with Integrity: Our Guiding Principles
1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Reverb requires that all owners and employees comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to our business. We provide resources to ensure all employees understand the company policies, laws, and regulations that apply to their specific roles, and we seek guidance from experts when unsure of whether a contemplated action is permitted by law. We promote open communication, so all employees, owners, and advisors feel comfortable speaking up if they see possible violations.
2. Anti-Bribery and Fair Dealing
Reverb strictly prohibits bribes in any form, including kickbacks or gifts, on any portion of contract payments or soft dollar practices. We ensure all employees who award contracts or who have influence in the allocation of resources understand the role they play in promoting impartiality and fair dealing, including the refusal of any courtesies from suppliers when involved in selecting or reconfirming a supplier or under circumstances that would create an impression of favoritism.
3. Political and Charitable Contributions
Reverb requires that all direct or indirect political contributions, charitable donations, and sponsorships are overseen and approved prior to the activity. We will publicly disclose financial and in-kind contributions to political parties, politicians, lobby groups, charitable organizations, and advocacy groups as appropriate, upon request.
